People at Making Space are passionate about what they do. They’re here because they want to help other people.They really want to make a difference. Their joy is in seeing other people achieve their goals and then thrive as a consequence.

Being part of the team is a very hands-on experience. Team members participate in the ongoing development of all our services, constantly thinking about what we can do even better. It’s a selfless process, but one which we feel should be more openly acknowledged. That’s why we run our ‘Thank You and Well Done’ awards programme where colleagues can be nominated and recognised for the great work they’re doing every day.
