Living Life to the Full™ is a self help life skills training package for those with depression and anxiety based on the proven Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approach. The programme consists of 6 x 50 minute sessions, carried out weekly, plus homework tasks in between. Our trained support workers will get you started on the programme and be on hand every week if you need help.
