“It’s people of course, the wonderful relationships we have with the people who use our services and the commitment to being a high performing and quality brand”.
“In my role here at Making Space, I hope to provide all our staff with a career pathway and access to a recognised qualification. I’m also passionate about putting us on a clear pathway to achieving Investors in People Gold status or above”.
Outside of work Phil enjoys being outdoors, he particularly loves hiking in the hills. When he’s not spending quality time with his family, he also finds the time to be a Scout Leader and is a lifelong supporter of Manchester United.
