Computerised Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CCBT) Service

The CCBT service offers individuals with mild to moderate depression:

  • Supported access to the computerised CBT programme called Beating the Blues™ which has been clinically proven as an effective non drug treatment for depression. The programme consists of 8 x 50 minute sessions, held weekly, plus ‘homework' tasks in between.

  • The service offers access via professional or self-referral for people living and/or working in the service locations. For an up date on where CCBT Services are available go to the In Your Area section on our website.
  • On referral you can choose from a range of venues/dates/times and our CCBT trained support workers will get you started on the programme and be on hand every week if you need help. For a referral form click on CCBT Referral Form.
