Computerised Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CCBT) Service

Making Space's CCBT service offers individuals with mild to moderate depression - often brought about by physical and /or mental ill health - supported access to a number of computerised CBT programmes which are clinically proven as effective non-drug treatment for anxiety and depression.

You can access Making Space CCBT services via your GP or by self referral. Our trained CCBT support workers will get you started on the programme and be on hand every week if you need help.
