Service experience survey 2016-2017
During 2016-2017, 1,026 service users and carers took part in our survey. Here are the results:
How do you rate our services?
Do you feel safe using our services?
91% of our service users and carers said they feel safe and protected when accessing one of our services.
93% also said they would feel comfortable to tell a member of staff if they had any concerns.
This figure has increased by 12% compared to last year’s results.
Do you feel your quality of life has improved since being supported by us?
86% of people who completed the survey said they feel their quality of life has improved since being supported by us.
89% also agreed that our staff support them to be involved in making decisions about their care and support.
85% of our service users and carers said our staff help them to live the life that they want to and support them to be as independent as their health will allow. This includes being supported to be involved in the community, access leisure facilities, employment or education.
Did we explain confidentiality and your rights to you?
90% of our service users and carers agreed that we did explain how their personal information would be used, confidentiality and their rights and were happy with this.
Would you recommend us to others?
90% of the people who completed the survey said they would recommend us to others.
