Mental Health

When we talk about people experiencing mental health conditions we are referring to a broad spectrum of circumstances, which maybe as disruptive to daily life as anxiety or depression or as debilitating as bi-polar disorders or schizophrenia.

Innovative therapies and treatments (sometimes including medication) are available which Making Space staff will be able to advise, encourage and support people, working with Approved Mental Health Practitioners, to bring about a real recovery.

Making Space offers employment, training and education services designed to build skills and confidence.

Computerised cognitive behavioural therapy (CCBT) offers people with mild to moderate anxiety and depression a drug-free effective treatment.

Making Space's Independent Hospitals, for the treatment of people with specific  and complex diagnoses, offer a comfortable, safe and secure environment for the most appropriate recovery.
