World Mental Health Day 2017
The day provides an opportunity "for all stakeholders working on mental health issues to talk about their work, and what more needs to be done to make mental health care a reality for people worldwide". This year's theme set by the World Federation for Mental Health is mental health in the workplace.
This year we're asking our employees, volunteers, people who use our services, family and friends to share with us:
‘What is important to you for your own good mental health?’.
Some examples might be, having time to yourself, exercising, having quality time with family, baking, talking with friends, eating well etc.
To get involved simply download our ‘World Mental Health Day’ template, write what’s important to you, take a photo and post it to social media on 10 October.
