The Making Space service user involvement strategy is a blueprint for the evolution of all continuing health care, support and enablement services.  

At Making Space we listen hard... both to the people who use our services and to our dedicated employees so that we can deliver services that improve their lives, prospects and all-round wellbeing.

Truth, openness and a lot of thought-provoking comment is encouraged. The whole process is inspirational, sometimes humbling and often fun. The insights are extraordinary. The input is wholly relevant and hugely valuable.

Only by seeing and hearing how people prefer us to work can we develop the kind of infrastructure, support and guidance they require. Today, their views and suggestions are helping us deliver a service devoted to sharing experience, thinking through issues and providing best practice.
