The ongoing success and expansion of our services has seen the size of our organisation grow considerably over the years. The very nature of ‘personalisation’ also means we need people on board with very specific skills and areas of expertise.
So it’s really important to have a management structure which can co-ordinate, promote and grow all our activities, without any unnecessary overlapping or duplication. This way, every penny spent on staffing and resources is a penny invested in the welfare of the people who use our services.
