Work With Us
If you want to help make a difference to the lives of the people who Making Space is set up to support - those with mental health conditions, learning disabilities and dementia & their carers - we’d like to hear from you.
Our service users – and their families and carers – benefit hugely from the dedication of people with the skills, commitment and resolve to guide them, as individuals, towards the simple joys and fulfilment of an everyday life.
Qualifications may be essential for some roles but in others we want ‘can-do’ people, who learn from every challenge, are compassionate, with a warm personality and, yes, a sense of humour – you’ll need it sometimes!
Check out our current vacancies by area. If your role isn’t there yet, keep looking, because we add new opportunities every 2 or 3 weeks for people committed to making a difference to those with mental ill health, learning disabilities and dementia. It doesn’t matter who you are, where you come from, or what qualifications and experience you have, we’d like to know more.
And, please remember, Making Space is always looking for volunteers in all of our service areas. If this is also something you would like to find out more about please click here
