Jessica joined our Board of Trustees in March 2025, bringing a diverse background in business performance improvement across a wide range of industries in the UK and internationally.
She began her career with the Teach First programme before spending 13 years in management consulting, working in the UK, USA, India, Ghana, and Ethiopia. Jessica now works as a Business Transformation specialist, with her most recent work supporting the NHS.
Jessica is now a Business Transformation Specialist and currently works as Head of Enterprise Systems Change at the Francis Crick Institute, the UK’s leading health research institute. In this role, she focuses on ensuring that investments in enterprise systems deliver maximum benefit for staff and the organisation as a whole.
Throughout her career, Jessica has championed meaningful initiatives that enhance employee engagement and productivity. She is an active and passionate advocate for mental health and wellbeing, having volunteered with charities including Mind and led the mental health network at KPMG, where she was recognised with the Mind Employee Wellbeing Champion award in 2018 for her leadership and impact.
Jessica brings her lived experience and deep commitment to improving mental health support to Making Space and is proud to be part of a charity that shares her values.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys painting, singing in a choir, and is a devoted dog owner, taking part in Crufts with her two Italian Greyhounds.
