dementia services

Being diagnosed with dementia is a daunting prospect, but having a diagnosis means that you can take positive steps to maintain your independence and plan for the future.

We can support you from early diagnosis right through to the later stages of dementia.

Sometimes it may be necessary to move into a care home or dementia friendly accommodation. Although this is a difficult decision to make, and can be emotional for both the person living with dementia and family and friends, it can be for the best. We will work compassionately with you to ensure that the proper planning and preparation is carried out and keep the move as stress free as possible.

We have an established network of quality, dementia-friendly care homes and short and long-term residential accommodation services, with varying levels of support depending on needs and preferences.

Residential care and rehabilitations

We operate residential care homes that provide personal care and accommodation to people with with mental health needs. We have rehabilitation services where we provide expert, holistic care for people living with complex dementia syndrome and people living with bipolar disorder or schizophrenia.
