This interactive workshop will explore how organisations can make small but meaningful adjustments to ensure neurodivergent colleagues, including those with Autism, ADHD, dyslexia and other neurodevelopmental differences, feel supported, valued and empowered to succeed.
The session is ideal for managers, leaders, HR professionals and anyone passionate about creating inclusive, compassionate working environments.

You’ll hear from a range of speakers and panellists with lived experience and professional expertise, who will share insights, practical strategies and personal stories of thriving at work.
Speakers
Daryhl Lewis – Wellbeing Services Manager, Making Space
Daryhl combines professional expertise and lived experience as a neurodivergent parent, trainer and wellbeing specialist. She leads Making Space’s neurodiversity and inclusion projects, helping organisations across the UK embrace neuro-inclusive practice.
Donna Garraway – Team Manager, Seetec Pluss Warrington
Donna will share her personal journey as a neurodivergent professional and highlight how Seetec’s inclusive practices empower colleagues and jobseekers to reach their potential.
Dan Bird – The Traitors, Season 3 (video presentation)
Dan will reflect on his experience of Autism and how his diagnosis shaped both his approach to the BBC show and his professional life, offering an honest look at the challenges and strengths that come with neurodivergence.
Panel Discussion – Hosted by Neil Lewis, The Empathy Coach
Neil will lead an engaging conversation on empathy, leadership and inclusion with:
- Jade Palmer, Petty Pool Trust – supporting neurodivergent young people into paid employment.
- Kevin Berry, HMP Liverpool – sharing how creative communication and environmental design improve inclusion in complex systems.
- Lucy Stanistreet, L8Six – entrepreneur and ADHD advocate offering insights from her work with small businesses and her own lived experience.
