About the Community Navigators Team
The team support adults over the age of 18 in Cambridgeshire by giving information, advice and guidance to improve wellbeing and enable them to access local help and services.

What will you be doing?
We are looking for a reliable and organised individual to join our team as an Admin & Research Volunteer to help support with office tasks and contribute to meaningful research initiatives. You will:
- Provide general administration support
- Conduct basic research and gather relevant information
- Maintain accurate records and update IT systems
- Follow data protection and confidentiality guidelines
What skills and experience will you need?
You don’t need qualifications for this role but you do need good verbal and written communication skills. You also need to be comfortable with basic IT such as typing up a report on Microsoft Word. It will be useful if you have your own laptop.
We are looking for people who want to help others, have a kind heart, reliable and can work with limited supervision and as part of a team. We can help with reimbursing travel costs, and you will get ongoing support and training from the friendly team.
